Dear Rox, I hope Eldon has healed well. He certainly is lucky to have you and your family around to support him. Canyon Ranch is the place to be when healing is the order of the day. All the best to you and yours, Demie

Good info in this muscle article. But what if you don't have access to a lumbar extension machine? Surely
there's an alternative move with either free weights or just body weight. Would like to know what that would be.
Many thanks.

Recently spent my annual 5 days at Tucson. As usual....fabulous!

I enjoyed this article. I was wondering about the use of essential oils in a steam shower. We are just building a new house and will have a steam shower. I have seen in some of the adds about essential oils as an optional use.

Roxanne,
Sounds like your husband is quite a guy. I understand your enthusiasm for the Kindle. It is so much easier than carrying books in your bag. But I really want to comment on how you managed to recieve it as a gift. Us guys are always looking for some great gift to give to our wives but we don't always come up good ideas. In this case, whether you know it or not, you helped him more than he helped you. He probably had no idea what a Kindle was but my bet is you dropped that name somewhere along the line. So my point to you and all the wives out there: Tell us what you want and be specific. We aren't good at deciphering hints and clues. In fact, it doesn't hurt to not only tell us what you want but also where to find it! We don't mind shopping if we can go to one store, buy one thing and then leave. It makes us better shoppers.... and better lovers. Be safe in your travels.

Hi Marilyn,
While I have not had the opportunity to visit a Canyon Ranch - I have only been exposed to you via my career in the spa industry and now as a blogger for a skin care company. Your presence online is also consistent - the information relevant and always the perfect dose (or mouthful, if you will...) of nourishment. I enjoy being able to network with such a brand. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Roxanne -
I love this post. I am a jack of all trades with expectations or mastering them all as well. I think we are blessed to have so many passions and desires - choosing which ones we have time for, prioritizing and really finding that balance is a process, a practice. I am a yoga teacher and one of my favorite teachings is for us to remember that we are VAST beings... wide and spacious. Infinite. Breath into that infinity whenever you can.

Namaste,
Jessica

There are many reasons besides this, though, why B12 is such an important vitamin to include in your daily diet regimen to help maintain overall good health, vitamin plays an important rols in our daily life.
