As a 55 y o female, are there guidelines of how much saturated fat, healthy fats one should have in your daily diet? How much saturated fat is too much? Thank you!

The recommended amount of different types of fat is based on an individual’s daily caloric requirement.  The current guidelines recommend anywhere from 20-35% total calories from fat, with 7-10% from saturated, depending on cardiovascular disease and diabetes risk.
