I made the bran muffin recipe. I had mini bran muffins at the ranch but the recipe seems to be for full size muffins but the calories seem for mini muffins. Please let me know whether the calorie count is for mini muffins or regular size. thanks Gail
The calorie count for the bran muffins is for our regular size muffins which is what we serve at Canyon Ranch. Our muffins may appear to be mini muffins in comparison to the muffins sold at most bakeries.
