I would like the recipe for baking won ton skins from several years ago. They were a side item with a salad, possibly Chinese Chicken Salad.
Baked Wontons
4 egg roll wrappers
Canola oil spray
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat a sheet pan with canola oil.
2. To prepare wontons, cut wrappers in half to form triangles and distribute over sheet pan. Lightly spray with canola oil. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
Makes 4 servings, each containing approximately: 30 calories, 5 gm. carbohydrate, Trace fat, 0 mg. cholesterol, Trace protein, 46 mg. sodium, Trace fiber
