Hi! I loved my stay at CR in Tucson! I see that some of your recipes call for ‘evaporated cane juice’. I’ve tried Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods – no luck. Where can I get this in St. Louis, or better yet – can you tell me how to make it? Thanks!
I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your Ranch experience! Whole Foods should carry evaporated cane juice which is a crystallized sugar. Look for the brand names: Wholesome Sweeteners and Florida Crystals Natural Cane Sugar.
